Ryzewas founded by SoJohna Bell, a former Fortune 500 transformation leader turned million-dollar beauty entrepreneur. Her journey began in her aunt’s salon in St. Louis and evolved into a decade-long career in corporate America—giving her a rare blend of business strategy, operational excellence, and deep beauty-industry insight.
After relaunching her family salon and identifying the common struggle of relying on outside brands for product revenue, SoJohna created RYZE to give beauty professionals ownership of their expertise. Today, she leads a thriving manufacturing and logistics company that supports entrepreneurs nationwide in building profitable, scalable product lines with clean, high-performing formulations.
